I.Overview

1.Purpose

The HZDL-1000A three-phase high current generator (referred to as three-phase current regulator) is a testing equipment independently developed by our company. It combines the advantages of similar products at home and abroad, adopts CNC technology, and has strong anti-interference ability. Compared with the previous generation of current regulators, it has the advantages of large output power, small size, and light weight due to the use of low-power, high-capacity electronic voltage regulators and converters made of high permeability iron cores. It has the advantages of high output power, small size, and light weight. Mainly used for thermal relays. Mainly used for thermal relays, motor protectors, contactors, circuit breakers, air switches, switchgear, circuit breakers, and protection screen calibration.

2.Performance Characteristics

3.Operation

(1)After wiring is completed, it should be checked again to see if there are any wiring errors and if the connectors are in good contact.

(2)During the testing process, if there is any ignition or any abnormal phenomena such as no display during startup, the power should be immediately turned off and the wiring should be rechecked.

(3)In actual wiring, the current output terminals should form a loop, otherwise the instrument will not output current.

(4)This converter comes with a random output wire; The output external copper wire should be selected according to 10A/mm2.

(5)The capacity of this device is designed for short-term operation of 1 minute. If used for batch testing, the working time should be less than 2.5 minutes. Wait for 10 minutes before proceeding to the next operation. If conducting temperature rise (30 minutes to 24 hours), it should be prepared according to long-term working temperature rise.
