The discharge parameter setup interface of HZFD-200 includes over a dozen parameter items. Only by understanding the meaning and setting logic of each parameter can the test be conducted according to the regulations and ensure valid data.
Basic information parameters
Machine Room Number (0001~9999): Used for historical data archive management. The same number is assigned to multiple tests at the same substation to facilitate retrieval
Battery string number (01 to 99): Used to distinguish between multiple battery strings in the same equipment room
Battery string count (1~2 strings): The HZFD-200 can test up to 2 strings simultaneously
Voltage type: Select 24V / 48V / 110V / 220V
Monomer voltage type: Select 1.2V / 2V / 6V / 12V
Number of cells per string: total number of tested single cells, up to 240 cells
Rated capacity: Single-cell rated capacity (Ah), used for percentage capacity calculation
Discharge Mode Selection
The HZFD-200 supports two discharge modes:
Constant Current Mode: The discharge current remains at the set value throughout the process, which is the standard method specified for capacity testing (as required by DL/T 724 and other regulations). The set discharge current must not exceed the rated maximum current corresponding to the instrument's voltage level.
Constant Power Mode: The discharge power remains constant, and the current automatically increases as the voltage decreases. Constant power discharge more closely resembles the operational characteristics of certain real-world loads (such as UPS inverters) and is used to evaluate the battery's actual support capability under constant power loads.
Discharge hour rate
0.5H to 10H is optional, determining the discharge current (C₁₀ discharge current = rated capacity/10) and the expected duration of the test. Substations are typically rated at the 10-hour rate (C₁₀) or 3-hour rate (C₃), as specified by operational maintenance regulations.
Termination condition settings
The triggering conditions for discharge cessation can be set in a stacked manner, stopping upon the fulfillment of any one condition
Battery bank termination voltage (set to 0 when not monitoring battery bank voltage)
Single cell termination voltage (set to 0 when not monitoring individual cells; can also be set to "only alarm without shutdown")
Termination capacity (cumulative discharge reaching the set Ah value)
Termination time (cumulative discharge reaches the set duration)

Multiple termination conditions operate in parallel, ensuring battery protection against over-discharge while preventing premature termination or失控 due to deviations in any single condition setting.
